Aufgaben Management of the IT department (four members): it was newly founded together with my start at the company, hence all the working processes had to be defined and established. I needed to coordinate this with other departments, which had beneficial impact to the whole company. At the same time the operations of the existing IT systems had to be maintained and new developments of them had to be pushed forward. Tasks: Definition of working processes. Introduction of a ticketing and knowledge management system for the whole company. Functional appraisal, prioritization, technical specification, code approval and dissemination of improvements of the firms self-developed IT systems (ASP.NET and VB6 applications). Management of different project of e.g. outsourcing the maintenance of the IT infrastructure or creation of a new web page by an external agency. Focus: Management, Product Owner |
