Creation of configurable product prototype in scope for the given Rollout unit · Education of local business units on SAP VC objects and modeling, ensuring product modelers have practical understanding of their product data, lead the modeler group during the entire project phase · Analysis of the FIT GAP lists raised during Business requirement meeting session within the given rollout unit and to provide optimal/feasible solutions · Review of the product definition file (Sales Attributes-Characteristics/options, Sales/Purchasing Pricing structure, BOM, Routing) of a configurable product with modelers, technical product managers · Overall management of the VC Product Master Data (Material Master, Super BOM, and Super Routing) needed to build/maintain the configurable product · Review the product models built by the Product Configuration Specialist in the development system and to approve them · Review of MDM master data load files coming from Business needed for VC model transfer · Load VC models built in development system to the respective MOCK systems (SIT/UAT clients) and Production system during project phase, cutover phase Validation of VC master data ( BOM components, Routing-work centers, Sales/Transfer/Purchase pricing, Material variants-its link to BOM & Routing) after the MDM load to respective SAP project systems · SIT and UAT E2E support, issue analysis, follow-up management activities with the open tickets · Educate the VC Product Configuration Specialists about the Maintenance process during the cutover phase of the project · Hypercare support for the rollout unit and analyse/solving the critical priority 1,2 issues (SD,PP,FI) within the agreed SLA · Define and maintain the HCM job/role mapping for Product Configuration Specialists and Product Managers · Define the maintenance process of a global configurable product produced in more than one plant and the involvement of global modelers and regional modelers · Version control monitoring of already existing configurable products · Optimization approach and redesign of the PLM PDR tool, redesign of the authorization concept around Product Configuration · Manual Configuration (CRM IPC setup) and administration in each SAP landscape systems (Application landscape/Project landscape) after a system refresh activity is done and conduct an E2E testing · Prepare functional design and process flow diagram for new enhancements that comes as request from the existing SAP units and handover to the responsible developer · Project Planning and Change Management activities within VC that has touch point with other cross functional SAP modules · Supervise day to day VC Master Data maintenance and audits after go-live · Proficient in all VC transactions and ALE
