Aufgaben Project CCN/CSI The Common Communication Network (CCN) component of the CCN/CSI system is a secure, private IP VPN which provides reliable and secure IP telecommunication services enabling data exchange among the CCN sites located in all 25 Member States of the European Union, Bulgaria, Romania, Switzerland and Norway. The creation of the EU Internal Market required the European Commission to develop several specific computer applications related to the operation of the customs union and the internal market including imports of foreign goods, control of the taxation regimes and monitoring of transport vehicles transiting across the European Union. For the EU, these computer applications supported by Equant IP VPN are essential to its operation as a single territory without internal frontiers · Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the project teams · Develop, implement, communicate and maintain the contracts quality controls towards the project team (TEMPO) · Ensuring compliance with OBS quality governance standards |

Aufgaben Project sTESTA The European Commission has created a new project called Secured Trans-European Services for Telematics between Administrators, or sTESTA. The programme is a 2 year contract with Orange Business Services and HP for building the European Union's Homeland Security Communication Platforms. This means delivery of a single platform to all EU members and candidates including the European Commission, European Council, Europol and the European Railrod agency with other users expected to follow. sTESTA is the basis for the communication between the different institutions. · Lead support officer responsible for small team · Set-up programme and project libraries/templates across 7 projects · Manage with Sales Team, customers expectations and attend all customer facing project meetings - distribute minute and actions in a timely manner · Compile weekly and monthly customer reports ready for PM review and distribute · Monitor programme controls and lifecycle (individual project and programme plans, risks & issues, changes, quality reviews, financial tracking and document library) to ensure internal processes are followed and customer expectations are met · Manage the Change Process from tracking and registering the change to pushing through approval from Customer and then the planning and implementation · Mentor, coach and facilitate projects teams and support staff.
