Interaction concepts, Graphical design for the desktop and Touch GUI, incl. - Desktop (Java Swing), Touch (Embedded), Mobile devices Deutsche Telekom: GUI for Voice Controlled Application Workflow Concept : wireframes, mockups, Graphical Design Kodak: GUI for the Nexpress Digital printer Senior Designer (started as Designer) continuous design support, design reviews, UX for single applications Desktop (Java Swing) Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG: GUI´s for HD prepress applications Senior Designer (started as Designer) continuous design support, design reviews, UX for single applications Desktop (Java Swing) As I started in the very beginnings of UID, I had the rare opportunity being to build up the UI Department at madesign - an industrial design studio in northern Germany. Our studio focused on large industrial design project for electronic devices such as industrial scanners for Heidelberg Druckmaschinen, digital printers for Kodak, telecommunication devices for the Deutsche Telekom. Hence, it was natural to develop the GUI for the hardware designs we made. Due to the joint venture of Heidelberg with Kodak we closely collaborated with the US team in Rochester. At this time I was one of the two Design Directors responsible for the projects. The Oerlikon Saurer GUI was my first own large GUI project with a duration of 12 month |
