We are currently looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist France to support and further develop payroll operations for a French ETT entity (temporary employment / employee leasing environment).
This role can be filled on a permanent, freelance, or interim basis and offers a flexible remote/hybrid setup within Germany or France.
- End-to-end payroll processing for interim employees
(missions, working hours/timesheets, contract endings, absences, etc.) - Preparation of monthly and ad-hoc payroll reports
(including DSN and further mandatory processes) - Coordination with internal teams regarding:
- data quality,
- cut-offs,
- payroll corrections,
- and payroll-related processes
- Ensuring payroll compliance with French labor and payroll regulations
- Supporting process optimization and operational stability
- Acting as a key contact for payroll-related topics within the French business
Das gesuchte Profil
- Proven experience in French payroll
- Solid experience within the ETT / temporary employment environment
- especially employee leasing / “Verleiher-Entleiher” structures
- no CDD background only
- Experience in the personnel services / staffing industry
- Fluent French and English skills
