- 1st and 2nd Level Support for all offices totaling 400+ users who are both locally and remotely based
- Manage incidents and requests within SLA with the support of our helpdesk ticketing system
- Daily tasks to include for example: installing and troubleshooting user hardware, software issues, managing user
- credentials and access rights and support of mobile devices
- User support and education for Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Manage Apple mobile devices (Latest iPhone Pro models, iPad Pro)
- Manage end user devices (Lenovo X1 Carbon is standard device)
- Manage and support video conferencing meetings from an IT perspective (Neat Devices)
- Teams Telephony Support
- Procuring hardware and software
- Auditing local hardware, software and managing the complete list of assets
- New joiner onboarding
- Office 365 mailbox and calendar management
Das gesuchte Profil
- Proficiency in German and English is required, including strong verbal, reading, and written communication skills in both
- languages.
- Formal IT Education/Industry certifications, this can include A Level or GCSE and/or MCTS/MCITP, ITIL Foundation
- Microsoft AZ900 certificate a plus
- Desk/Service Desk/Operations experience within IT
- Fair understanding of Networking, Security, Infrastructure and Cloud environments
- Strong understanding of the Windows Desktop environment with Windows 11 and O365
- Intermediate SharePoint support experience; permissions, Teams integration
- Broad experience installing and configuring desktop, laptop, and printer equipment
- Experience with mobile Device installation and support through an MDM Solution such as Intune
- Experience in Office 365 application suite (OneDrive, Exchange Online, Teams) and admin portal
- Experience in driving incident, requests and change within an ITIL controlled environment
- Excellent written and verbal skills in Swedish and English
- Experience supporting a business professional service organization such as a Law Firm, Private Equity House, Corporate
- Finance Bank, or equivalent is an advantage
- Experience with Desktop Lifecycle Management Systems preferably Microsoft Intune
- VC Systems support experience (We use Neat Board and Bar Pro’s, MTR in boardroom)
