• Mobile Device Management - Einrichtung, Betreuung
• Software - und Hardwareinstallationen
• Software - und Hardwarebetreuung
• Hardwarereparaturen (nur für Rechner)
• Netzwerkbetreuung (Patchen, Kontrolle, Dokumentation)
• Aufbau und Abbau von Netzwerkkomponenten
• Lösen von kritischen Störungen
• IMACs - Install, Move, Add, Change -> Umzüge, Installationen.
• VIP Support / Ad-Hoc Support
• Intune / EntraID nice to have

Sprachanforderungen

• Niederländisch: Fließend
• Englisch: Fließend

Your tasks

• Client support for desktop, laptop, and mobile devices

• Mobile Device Management – setup and administration

• Software and hardware installations

• Software and hardware support

• Hardware repairs (computers only)

• Network support (patching, monitoring, documentation)

• Setup and dismantling of network components

• Resolving critical incidents

• IMACs – Install, Move, Add, Change → relocations, installations

• VIP support / ad-hoc support

• Intune / EntraID nice to have

Language Skills
