Senior Validation & Verification Manager (m/f/d) Aerospace

Your Tasks:

• Central point of contact for all Validation and Verification (V&V) activities within the project.

• Creation, maintenance, and further development of the Validation and Verification Plan (VVP) considering project requirements and milestones.

• Establishment, maintenance, and approval of the Verification Control Document (VCD).

• Planning, moderation, and follow-up of Verification Control Boards (VCBs) for structured control and completion of verification activities.

• Management of the creation, technical review, and approval of Test Specifications and associated technical documentation.

• Coordination and monitoring of verification activities using IBM DOORS, SIEMENS Polarion, or equivalent requirements management tools.

• Active participation in project-related meetings and technical reviews (e.g., Progress Meetings, Milestone Reviews, and Customer Reviews).

Your Profile:

• Completed degree in Aerospace Engineering or a comparable engineering discipline.

• Several years of professional experience in Validation & Verification, Systems Engineering, or AIT, ideally within the aerospace sector.

• Profound understanding of the entire Engineering Project Life Cycle – from concept to delivery.

• Proficient handling of Requirements Management tools such as IBM DOORS and/or SIEMENS Polarion; experience with similar systems is an advantage.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently coordinate complex verification activities.

• Excellent communication skills and team competence for working in interdisciplinary project teams.

• Business-fluent English skills (written and spoken); German language skills are an advantage.
