Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer (m/w/d) SFMC, HTML, JS, CSS

We are looking for a freelance Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer who supports a leading digital real estate platform in Germany with the technical further development of its Salesforce Marketing Cloud setup. The focus is on building and optimising campaigns, journeys and automations as well as developing responsive email and Cloud Page templates based on HTML, CSS and JavaScript, fully remote, in close collaboration with teams based in Germany.

Project framework

• Start: 01 January 2026

• Duration: initially until 30 June 2026

• Workload: approx. 1 day per week

• Location: Remote, collaboration with teams in Germany

• Hourly rate: up to 40 €/h

Your tasks

• Develop and adapt campaigns, journeys and automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

• Build and optimise responsive email and Cloud Page templates using HTML, CSS and JavaScript

• Set up and maintain Data Extensions, segments and data flows (imports, synchronisation, API-based integrations)

• Perform testing, quality assurance and monitoring of campaigns before and after go-live

• Work closely with marketing and CRM teams and translate requirements into technical SFMC solutions

Your profile

• Several years of project experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in digital or enterprise environments

• Confident working with Email Studio, Automation Studio and Journey Builder (Cloud Pages is a plus)

• Strong hands-on skills in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for email and web templates

• Experience with data modelling, segmentation and integrations (APIs, data flows) in SFMC

• Very good English skills (project language); German is a plus but not mandatory
